We understand that everyone is different. So whether you need advice on your skin type, your home-care routine or would just like to chat about our treatments our dedicated consultants can help. All our treatments are designed to be of benefit to both men and women.

Should I allow for extra time when arriving for my first appointment?

To ensure your spa experience is relaxing from the moment you arrive at Milk Studios, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Take the time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the spa and to complete your individual profile. Then simply prepare to be spoilt.

Does the spa provide robes?

Yes. Once you are checked in we’ll provide you with a luxurious robe and comfy slippers. We’ll also provide you with a basket for you to place your belongings in. You are welcome to keep this basket in the room with you at all times during your treatments.

What do people usually wear during their treatment?

All our treatments are designed to help you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible, that’s why our treatments can be experienced without clothing, in your own underwear or we can provide you with disposable under garments.

Mobile Etiquette

We like to think of our spa as a haven from the often busy world we live in. So take time out for yourself and relax. Rest assured that for the comfort of all our clients we ask that all mobiles be switched off and safely stored in your personal basket.

Cancellation Policy

We understand your time is valuable and that sometimes you may need to reschedule an appointment. To ensure we can continue to provide all our clients with their preferred timeslots we kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice of any appointment changes. If no notice is given a fee may be charged. Treatments over $200 will require a credit card number at the time of booking.

If you have any specific health concern or condition that we should be aware of please inform our consultants at the time of booking.
